Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

  2. Navigate to order history
  3. Select items for return
  4. Complete return request form
  5. Wait for confirmation email

Return Shipping

  • Domestic returns: Prepaid label available
  • International returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Tracked shipping recommended

Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive return
  • Bank processing may require additional 3-5 days
  • Store credit option available

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color alternatives (if in stock)
  • Style variations (when possible)
  • Processing time same as returns

Non-Returnable Items
Cannot return:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards and gift certificates
  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged goods:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage/defect
  • Free return shipping provided
  • Replacement or full refund offered

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties non-refundable
  • Refund issued in original currency
  • Additional processing time required

  • Email for confirmation messages
  • Tracking number for shipment status

Holiday Returns
Extended return period:

  • Purchases made November 1 – December 24
  • Eligible for return until January 31
  • All standard return conditions apply

Store Credit

  • Issued immediately upon return approval
  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • No cash value
  • Combineable with future promotions

Final Sale Items
Clearly marked as:

  • “Final sale”
  • “Non-returnable”
  • “All sales final”
  • No exceptions possible

Swimwear Returns
Special conditions for swimwear:

  • Hygiene liner must be intact
  • Must not have been worn or tried on with oils/lotions
  • Original packaging required
  • Special handling may apply
